Hi-tech Fabrics was Incorporated in the year 1995 with the objective of manufacturing high quality composite carbon components for medical purpose. It developed several components used extensively in the Illizarov orthopedic technique.

Initially the company focused on the domestic market and met with great success. Since then its clientele has expanded globally and includes customers in U.S.A, Australia, Europe, and Asia.
